Scott's Motivation and Real Estate Market Updates 
I’ve been looking for condos in the Arlington/Alexandria areas, under $210 which I realize is quite low for the area. However, the inventory in that range was higher in November and December. It seems like nothing is on the market and it’s already March 20th. Do you think it will pick up in April. I’m particularly interested in 2BR in South Arlington.
